Terms & Conditions
All tents have 8'-high detachable sidewalls so that entrances may
be arranged as required. Display materials must allow one foot of
clearance at the sides of tent, and at least two feet at the top to
allow necessary clearance during high winds.
Nothing should be attached to the supporting guy ropes of the tent
or to the side or center poles that would interfere with the adjusting
or tightening of tents.
Tents are insured by us against all hazards except theft and malicious
damage. In addition, we carry in excess of $3,000,000 liability insurance.
While tents will be safely installed and diligently maintained,
we cannot assume responsibility for loss incurred as a result of windstorms,
fire, rains, or other weather occurrences.
